The final price of the house depends on the area, number of modules, equipment and individual finishes. The exact amount can only be calculated after the final selection of the kit.

The answer is no. The capsule house is not a capital construction project and no building permit is required for its installation (The exact legal requirements will vary by country and jurisdiction).

Prefabricated homes are installed from 1 to 3 business days, not including delivery time. For customized projects, the installation time can be extended up to 5 days.

The answer is yes. The structure is transported to another prepared site in any location and region. The service of relocating the house is paid separately.

The minimum guaranteed lifespan is 30 years, but this does not mean that the house cannot last longer with proper care.

The answer is yes. High quality modern insulation allows you to live in the house at temperatures down to -30°C in winter. Floor heating and air conditioning, as well as ventilation, provide complete comfort at any time of the year.

To live in a capsule house, the following are mandatory:

  • Potable water (well or central)
  • Sewage (septic or central)
